Veteran Actor,Nkem Owoh better knwon as Osuofia remembers his late Colleague,Sam Loco Efe who passed on in 2011.
In a post via the microblogging platform, Twitter, Osuofia remembers his late friend for good 10 years after he kicked the bucket.
